Copying an Adaptive Server Anywhere database

When you copy a Web site database to a new computer, the ODBC data source name is copied to the new machine as well. To connect to the Web site on the new machine, the connection's ODBC data source name must be known on that machine (this applies to all connections, not just the <default> connection). For example, if you create a Web site on machine 1 with an ODBC data source name of "mysite1", then copy the Web site database to machine 2, the ODBC data source name on machine 2 is still named "mysite1". To connect to the Web site on machine 2, do one of the following:
