Appendix C Sybase Central Plug-in for Solaris

Overview

You can use the Sybase Central Solaris plug-in to configure settings and manage sites. The Sybase Central plug-in for Windows is developed in C++, while the plug-in for Solaris is developed in Java. The Solaris plug-in is similar to the Windows plug-in; however, there are some differences and limitations, which are described in "Limitations".

You must still develop and configure Web sites as previously done on Windows, then transfer information to Solaris through the pdynamo.ini file. You can then manipulate certain aspects of your Dynamo installation using the Solaris plug-in.
